1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tim Scott Designs website and gift shop ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Products & Availability
All products are original designs by Tim Scott, inspired by hand-painted murals and street art. Products are manufactured on demand by our fulfillment partner and may vary slightly in color from what appears on screen due to differences in display settings and printing processes.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Items marked "Sold" are no longer available and may or may not be restocked. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include the base product cost. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders & Fulfillment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with carrier and tracking information. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Tim Scott and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use that physical item. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork.
7. Email Communications
By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your purchase, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer service communications. These emails are necessary for order fulfillment and are not marketing communications.
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. Your email address is used solely for order-related communication and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, access unauthorized areas, or submit false or fraudulent order information.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tim Scott Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
