Returns & Exchanges
Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
How to File a Claim
Please email artist@timscottdesigns.com with the following:
- A detailed written description of the problem
- Relevant photos where possible
- Your order number
Return Addresses
Returns should be addressed to "(TSD) Tim Scott Designs - Returns" and sent to the address on your shipment packing slip you received with your order.
US & Mexico Orders
Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Dallas facility:
