Image Use & Licensing

All artwork, photographs, and designs on this site are © Tim Scott, all rights reserved. Each piece is original work I’ve created over the years, and I retain full copyright in every image shown on this site.

Personal viewing

You’re welcome to browse, share links to individual pages, and reference my work in personal conversations. Saving an image for personal reference (your own desktop wallpaper, a project mood board, sending it to a friend) is fine.

What requires permission

Without written permission from me, the artwork on this site may not be:

  • Reproduced, redistributed, or republished on other websites, social media accounts, or print media.
  • Used for any commercial purpose, including advertising, marketing materials, packaging, or product design.
  • Modified, traced, or used as the basis for derivative works.
  • Used to train generative AI models or included in machine learning datasets.

Buying prints & products

Many of the murals and paintings are available as original art t-shirts, prints, mugs, and other goods in the gift shop. That’s the easiest way to bring a piece home or give it as a gift.

When you buy a product from the gift shop, your purchase grants a personal-use license for that physical item — it doesn’t transfer any rights in the underlying artwork or design. The gift shop terms of service cover the details.

Commissioning a mural or original work

For custom mural commissions or original canvas/drawing commissions, please get in touch with project details and I’ll follow up with availability and pricing.

Licensing inquiries

If you want to license a specific piece for a publication, commercial reuse, an advertisement, an album cover, editorial use, or similar — please email artist@timscottdesigns.com with the image(s) you’re interested in, the intended use, the audience size and duration, and your timeline. I review each request individually and respond personally.

Reporting unauthorized use

If you come across my work being used commercially without permission, I’d genuinely appreciate a heads-up at artist@timscottdesigns.com.
